Environmental breakdown is abstract. In relation to our everyday, it is hard to know what it means. Kent’s Environmentarium is set between two vast disused oil tanks, between the fields of art and science and in a landscape that contrasts heavy industry with critical ecosystems.

Rather than through statistics alone, the quiet heretic finds meaning by melding experiential and objective knowledge.
