Kompas Fellowship

The Kompas Fellowship is designed for students who have graduated but are still deciding which architectural path to take. The program is structured as an opportunity for creative individuals to gain hands-on professional experience while unlocking their innovative potential. 

Through this immersive program, fellows further their skills outside the classroom by working alongside architects and designers. Fellows spend 80% of their time assisting with real-world projects and approximately 20% of their time working on their innovative ideas.
