Interior Architecture
Snøhetta is a transdisciplinary, dialogue-driven practice integrating architecture, landscape architecture, interior architecture, product design, graphic and digital design. With more than 350 employees from 40 nations across nine regional studios, we represent the societies and cultures in which we operate. Our Oslo studio works on projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, striving to promote sustainability in all its facets.
We are currently seeking talented students within Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Architecture and Climate Design for internships starting in August 2025.

Ambitious and highly skilled students who thrive in:
- Concept Design Development: Strong abilities in early-stage design, exploring creative and innovative solutions to complex design challenges within a wide range of typologies.
- Production Skills: Proficiency in creating high-quality illustrations, diagrams, and presentations. Ability to produce physical models in our state-of-the-art model workshop.
- Collaboration: A genuine interest in working within multidisciplinary teams and actively contributing to the team dynamics.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in our primary design software. Rhino and Revit are our essential tools for design and production workflows. We also value familiarity with other software and innovative AI solutions.

- Passionate about sustainability and skilled at integrating sustainable principles into design.
- Confident in verbal, written, and visual communication to present ideas clearly and effectively. English is our primary working language. Additional language skills are appreciated.

What We Offer
At Snøhetta, we view interns as integral members of our project teams, with responsibilities similar to other team members. As an intern, you will:
- Participate in Design Projects: Actively engage in the design process, developing alternative solutions, presentation graphics, and creating drawings, renderings, and models.
- Learn Through Experience: Attend client presentations, go on site visits, and meet consultants to gain practical insights.
- Develop Skills: Work on both digital and analog exploratory methods, including physical and digital model-making, supported by experienced team members.
- Foster Community: Contribute to the vibrant social life of the studio by engaging in or arranging activities that strengthen our collaborative culture.
Practicalities
- Duration: 6 months or 10 months, starting August 2025
- Location: This is an Oslo-based internship, remote work is not possible.
- Eligibility: Students with a minimum of 2,5 years of relevant school experience. Applications from around the world are welcome.

Internships are paid positions and open to students pursuing degrees in architecture, landscape architecture, interior architecture and climate design. Please note that if you have completed a master’s degree within the discipline you are applying for, you will not be eligible for this program.
