Can we define a new country?

MEGA is a short film (5 minutes) with the aim to challenge the way we perceive and engage with climate change. The film addresses and communicates the substance that lies in climatic, social and structural changes.

It asks the question; what if. 

What happens if we let nature shape our country? If we allow the water to flood our current coastline and create new borders? If we welcome climate change as an opportunity in spatial planning rather than a threat?

The film illustrates how the spatial planning of Denmark can develop with water and landscape as a driving factor. A scenario that is usually conceived intimidating, due to its consequences of the loss of history, local values and affiliation.

But what if our gain could be greater than our loss?
