This project is a strategy which seeks to rethink the soon to be abandoned hospital in Hillerød. The vision is to open the site and make room for new functions that can contribute to the residential area that surrounds it. By preserving most of the existing buildings and landscape the intention is to emphasize the hospital’s identity and historical layers, as a link between past and future.
