Graphic & Conceptual Designer (Student Assistant)

Float’s mission is to create the most beautiful and intuitive hardware-enabled AI solution for complete transparency into your home's energy, water and heating consumption. The goal is to create the first-ever real time digital twin of each home to unlock new value from data to homeowners. Our founding DNA is rooted in putting the bar as high as possible when it comes to design – from print, UI, UX, to gamification and hardware.

What we are looking for

Float is looking for a student with drive, a high-degree of creative curiosity, and an eagerness to acquire unique hands-on experience from a startup. At Float, we have defined certain areas of obsession and design is one of them. This means we prioritize and value everything related to good design.

What you could be doing (+more)

Depending on your specific background and skills we are looking for someone to help us with the following:

•Develop and secure consistency around our overall design expression based on current designs across all platforms

•Conceptualize campaigns and potential partnerships

•Conceptualize gamification journeys related to onboarding

•Design CAD files for new hardware prototypes

•Infographics (web and print)

•Design a format for continuous interaction with customers and stakeholders (newsletters, SoMe posts, investor updates etc.)

•Design a "welcome package" for new customers

•Interactive animations for web and app

•Pitch and sales material

•Future merchandise design (stickers, t-shirts etc.)

•+ much more

To apply for this position, you do not need experience or have an interest in all of the above. We are looking for someone either as a student assistant or intern. Compensation for student assistants will be based on experience and specific skills.

Our office is located in the heart of Copenhagen at Sortedam Dossering 55 in a unique and historical building among multiple other startups. We offer a delicious lunch, incredible coffee/tea and some fruit for snacking throughout the day.
