Amorphous Paradigm
My artistic practice is centered on material research. For my bachelor project, I have chosen to investigate the sensuous quality that Bornholm's locally produced "waste" can imbue to my creative universe.
After combining construction brick waste and glass fines, I have developed glazes that are shaped into three-dimensional pieces. Throughout the firing process, I willingly surrender control, embracing the potential for unforeseen transformations.
These materials, once considered waste, now find new life and meaning through my artistic process.
My work is an invitation to explore new aesthetic possibilities and embrace the amorphous nature of our existence. It challenges the human determination to define and assign precise meaning to all things.
