“Textile Boundaries of Space” is an investigation of the fabric curtain functioning as transformative architecture within an existing open office space. The project aims to develop a spatial layout of curtains to add a light inspired colourscape, a sense of privacy and a contrasting materiality in relation to the existing. The aspiration is to create better use of open and transparent spaces.

To create a sense of privacy and to contribute to a more variable acoustic within the office space, an alternation between solid curtains and translucent curtains is implemented.
