This project is looking into local production of food as part of a gastronomic tourism movement. Through designing an oyster farm the project is framing the potential of creating food experiences to ensure an increased focus on sustainable and local food sources. Here you will experience 'the journey of the oyster' from picking it yourself to learning to cook in various ways.

A range of drawings in plan and section to show the four steps of visiting the oyster farm. 1. picking oysters in Limfjorden 2. Cleaning and sorting 3. Cooking 4. Dining
Digrams showing the season and activity of the farm.
Process showing hand drawings and sketch models in the process of the design.
Scenes showing inside the construction of the dining area and the production facilities.
The collaged visualizations are intended to show the atmosphere and the spaces in relation to the context.
