We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Assistant (student position) to join our team based in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be critical in supporting our design and production teams by ensuring seamless coordination and communication across various aspects of our collection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collection Overviews: Create and maintain both digital and physical collection overviews, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect any changes.
Team Coordination: Act as the primary team liaison to facilitate smooth collection changes and ensure alignment on all updates.
Color Management: Update and manage the color overview, ensuring consistency and alignment of color names across teams.
Tech Packs & Line Sheets: Assist in the creation and updating of Tech Packs and line sheets using Adobe Illustrator.
Sticker Layouts: Approve sticker layouts and communicate any necessary updates to the production team.
Label & Folding Guides: Create and update label and folding guides to ensure consistency and accuracy in packaging.
Look Book Photoshoots: Provide assistance during look book photoshoots, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
Visual Merchandising: Support visual merchandising efforts for wholesale displays, ensuring they meet brand standards.
Sample Management: Help structure, update, and organize sample overviews, ensuring all samples are accounted for and properly documented.
Fabric & Lab Dip Archives: Assist in structuring and organizing fabric archives and maintaining an updated lab dip approval overview.
Size Guides & Product Descriptions: Collaborate on the development and refinement of size guides and product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Wholesale Coordination: Work closely with the wholesale team on managing samples for look books and providing detailed style information.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
