The project was described in a major Danish newspaper; Jyllands-Posten in April 2019 and in a Danish weekly magazine for engineers; Ingeniøren in May 2019.

The articles summarize the context of the project by highlighting that the cultural heritage is affected and degrades by factors such as climate conditions (temperature and relative humidity), light, vibrations and pollutants. This is followed by short descriptions of how the CollectionCare system, by use of sensors and computational simulations, can help preserving cultural heritage for future generations. This is done by monitoring the objects and by making warnings and predictions of the degradation. The articles explain how the Royal Danish Academy is contributing and furthermore, Rosenborg Slot/The Royal Danish Collections is mentioned as participating in the project by testing the system on their artworks in order to secure a user-firendly product.
