Disturbance of Order
I have always been torn between the urge for perfection and admiration of chaos; precision and randomness. Seemingly they do not work together well and contradict each other. However, I find the contrast between them fascinating to explore. I view the world through rhythm, patterns, and systems, while also noticing the opposite of the perfect image, the ugly and disordered side.
Through the interplay between surface and form, I want to turn around the narrative and show the beauty in the decay. I am especially interested in the destruction of wall surfaces-neglected and forgotten, architectural details and structures.
