Common disorderslike anxiety and depression can have a profoundimpact, influencing individuals' daily functionalitiesmay lead to substantial economic consequences downthe line. Important to note is that mental health, like physicalhealth, is something to be maintained during constantevolution.
Nightmares can, in some cases, be clearly linked tomental health issues like new, forming, stresses andanxieties. For most, waking up from a nightmareis only a temporary release before having to face thesource of the nightmares themselves.
Some game has been my solace during lows. Sitting teary-eyed in arocking chair watching the wind sweep across the grassy landscape at sunrise, the gentle music felt safeand inclusive. So I also want to work on a game focusing on environmental narratives. Looking for the potential of games in psychotherapy.
