Awareness of the deteriorating marine ecosystem in the Little Belt Sea demands dissemination of knowledge. We suggest an architectural connection to the seabed via a floating research institute, residing in three port cities, with focus on sustainable marine preservation. Offering facilities for wet-lab, exhibition and artificial reefs the necessity of a thriving marine biodiversity is exposed.
