The co-living project in Dikemark transforms a vacant, former mental hospital building, into a co-living environment for 20-25 people. Centered on the sharing of resources, the prevention of loneliness and the simplification of daily tasks, the design promotes a healthy balance between private life and community engagement. Existing listed elements within the building serve as an inspiration for new interventions, guiding a cohesive design approach across all floors. Emphasizing communal spaces and environmentally conscious living, the project fosters meaningful social interaction while contributing to the broader revitalization of Dikemark.
