Tracing Memory: A Design-Led Exploration of Inherited History

This project investigates the intersection of personal archives and collective memory, exploring how design can aid in processing family history and fostering intergenerational dialogue. Prompted by the discovery of my grandfather’s WWII diary, it culminates in a publication tracing my family’s untold stories and a deck of prompt cards designed to initiate reflective, empathetic conversations.
