- Creation & presentation of seasonal design concepts for the woven & flatknit product groups
- Responsibility for the selection of suitable fabrics, yarns and ingredients in line with margin and product-line planning
- Interface with garment- & fabric/yarn suppliers for product support through collection development
- Carrying out fittings and fit optimizations in collaboration with Technical Department
- Maintenance of PLM master data
- Processing and issuing production approvals
- Travel for research purposes, trade fairs & on-site collection development with suppliers
- Creation of technical drawings and style guides
- Market and consumer analyses & trend research

Keytasks included:

- Assist in design of following categories: Tailoring, Shirts,
Trousers, Leather for following collections: Face AW20 & SS21,
Wardrobe AW20 & SS21
- Communicate designs and working closely with the atelier, fabric-, branding-, print-, development- and production department
- Assist in fittings, hand-overs and launches
- Assist in show and shoot stylings
- Update and launch seasonal color palettes, artworks, linesheets
and overviews

Keytasks included:

- Ensuring smooth communication between the creative director
and the rest of the design team
- Leading and managing a team of 5-8 interns
- Development of the SS20 collection
- Organising production of the AW19 collection
- Organising and delegating daily workload and
scheduling work for the main collections & side projects
- General upkeep of the design studio, including but not limited to managing fabric and trim stock, machine maintenance and repair scheduling, general planning etc.

- Design & development of the AW19 collection
- Design & development of AW19 accessoires
- Organisation of production of the AW18 collection
- Organisation & assistance with the AW18 & AW19 shoot (Ecom & Editorial)
- Assisting with showrooms and CPHFW show
- Designing and developing graphics and prints

Supporting a young street- and surfwear label in following tasks:

-creating technical sketches
-screenprinting
-assisting with day-to-day tasks
-colour- and trendresearch
-creating and editing prints
-sewing and finishing garments
-support to team in-store and at events

Assisting the design team in:

-technical sketches and color ups
-changing and preparing garments for the SS18 Marriage photoshoot
-assisting with the design, sampling and graphics for the AW18 Marriage, SS18 Soir and Tulle collection
-development of artworks and embroidery samples
-organising and updating moodboards and presentations
-assisting with the development of the V&R eyewear packaging design
-assisting with the development of the V&R shoe collection
-assisting with the day-to-day needs of the design team
-used programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
