Shell Chair

Lounge chairs are often large, costly, and complex, making them less suited for smaller, contemporary living space and life style. Their construction logic and material usage can also challenge sustainability and repairability. This project investigates how a lounge chair can be spatially efficient, structurally simple, and made with sustainable materials, while maintaining comfort and durability.
