Tandika Hub

In response to the growing informal economy in Kampala, this project proposes a transitional spatial hub that empowers workers by aligning production, care and community. Through modular, low-tech design, it supports artisans in building livelihoods and social capital without forced formalization, offering a dignified, bottom-up alternative to displacement-driven urban models.
