This project showcases an alternate version to the current business model for housing development in the city of Monterrey, Mexico by designing a mixed-use building through a methodology focused on negotiating between a financially viable project and one that creates added value to the surrounding urban spaces, considering in its process not only a business mindset but the public interest as well.

These images aim to give you a better sense the context by taking you around the block where the project is situated.
