The Icons of the Apostates

This project deals with the identity crisis among people who have left a strict religious organisation.

In collaboration with former members of various religious organisations, the scheme proposes a collection of icons with the intention to start a conversation about what it means to be an apostate.

The icons are manifested as a dialogue tool as well as a book intended for personal reflection.
